Barback duties are to focus on interaction with CW guests, fellow workers and CW management in a professional service industry manner. Duties also include knowledge of liquor, wine and beer that are available daily at CW and maximizing beverage sales. With guidance of the CW Beverage Director and Bar Manager, if applicable, create seasonal cocktails and collaborating with fellow bar staff on the creation and recreation of these cocktails. Barbacks are to set an example of top quality service while assuming full responsibility for the day to day bar maintenance, cleanliness and organization.
