City Vineyard, located at Pier 26 in Tribeca, is owned and operated by City Winery Management.  It is a full service restaurant open for lunch, dinner and brunch on the weekends with an indoor casual-fine dining seating for 60, plus additional open air dining and a fast casual second level outdoor deck & wine garden.  The vibe is elegant, accessible, and attractive to all New Yorkers looking for a simple yet refined cuisine in a one-of-a-kind atmosphere.   Our menu features an emphasis on local produced seasonal dishes focused on seafood.

 

About the Role:

City Winery/Vineyard is seeking a highly motivated Office Manager.  The ideal candidate possesses integrity, strong attention to detail, and willingness to learn.  Please include a cover letter and resume with your application stating your qualifications and why you are interested in the position.  Applicants without these items will not be considered.   

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintain the organization and functionality of the office in regards to maintaining a healthy inventory, organized filing systems, and overseeing basic IT issues  
  • Communicate any needed notices for office employees
  • Fulfill payroll responsibilities from onboarding new hire to distributing paychecks
  • Oversee all internal reporting systems and facilitate best practice policies
  • Update companywide trackers for our restaurant and event operations
  • Act as liaison between restaurant and Accounting department
  • Distribute financial information to Accounting Department in an accurate and organized fashion
  • Coordinate all mailing needs

 

Experience/Qualifications

  • Payroll processing experience is required
  • Must possess analytical, time-management and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks is a plus
