Full-time grill and sauté cook needed ASAP for high volume music venue.
All applicants must have:
· General knowledge of food and cooking techniques
· Food preparation on their station prior to service
· Executing menu plate specifications with consistency
· Cleaning throughout their shift to ensure a sanitary and clean work environment
· Effectively communicating with others members of the kitchen team
· Counting items on their station at close of shift
· Cleaning their station at close of shift
· Be able stand for long periods of time and lift more than 35lbs
· Be available to work weekends
· Able to maintain punctuality based on their given schedule
