City Winery is a fast-paced, high volume restaurant in the West Loop looking to fill multiple BOH positions:
All applicants must have:
- a general knowledge of food & cooking techniques
- the ability to follow written recipes
- the ability to effectively communicate with other members of the kitchen team
- the ability to stand for long periods of time & lift more than 35lbs
- open availability to work nights, weekends & holidays
- 4 yrs restaurant cooking experience
- a valid Serve Safe Food Handler Certificate
