City Winery is a fast-paced, high volume restaurant in the West Loop looking to fill multiple BOH positions:

  • Daytime Prep & Dinner service
  • Prep Cooks
  • Line Cooks
  • Saute
  • Garde Manger
  • Pizzaiola  

All applicants must have:

-  a general knowledge of food & cooking techniques

- the ability to follow written recipes

- the ability to effectively communicate with other members of the kitchen team

- the ability to stand for long periods of time & lift more than 35lbs

- open availability to work nights, weekends & holidays

- 4 yrs  restaurant cooking experience 

- a valid Serve Safe Food Handler Certificate

 

We are looking for experienced, talented, dedicated & responsible team members with a passion for cooking & drive for success. We offer competitive wages, 401k plan, a minimum of 40hrs a week & a weekly paycheck.
