Position Summary:

Providing service support to the service staff by setting up bussing stations prior to service and maintaining cleanliness and stock of service materials during the course of service.

Overview of Responsibilities:

Tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Check floor set up, making sure proper amount of chairs are at each table in each section
  • Make sure each wood hutch has 10 half corks for balancing tables
  • Balance any tables that need it 
  • Fill water bottles and set on each table.  Make sure there are 10 back ups at each of the hutch.
  • Stock glassware at bar two and side hutches (water / Riesling / universal)
  • Fold and place 25 envelope napkins at each wood hutch (including the one at the TT & loading dock)
  • Stock carafes at bar 2  
  • Assist hosts in putting out table tents
  • Make Mis en place trays for service hutches
    • (3) forks and dinner knives
    • (3) steak knives
    • (3) dessert spoons
  •  Sweep any loose items on the floor + front door mats
  • Discard any cigarette butts in planters out front
  • Clean winery door glass + cheese counter
  • Straighten bar stools
